On our recent stay, we enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere of the cottage. the homemade cake left for us upon arrival was a delicious treat, and it added a lovely touch to our new year celebrations. the cottage was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the nearby sights. We also appreciated the convenience of having a bus stop within walking distance, which made it easy for us to visit both Cromer and Norwich.

Despite the many positive aspects of our stay, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the sofas in the cottage were a bit too soft for our liking, and we would have preferred a firmer seating option.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the charming Briarwood Cottage. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, accommodating all of our needs. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable double bed and convenient amenities like a baby cot and high chair. We loved the peaceful and scenic private woodland surrounding the property, perfect for evening walks with our dog. The location was ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coast and Broads, with easy access to Cromer, Sheringham, and Blakeney. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a welcome cake and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival.

    Totally recommend this hotel.

I had a truly relaxing and comfortable stay at this cottage. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were outstanding. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the dishwasher was a bonus. I loved taking walks in the adjacent pine woodland with my dog, and the deck was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea. The care package of teas, coffees, and sugar was a thoughtful touch. a wonderful place to unwind and recharge.

I did experience a minor inconvenience with the blown light bulbs, but the issue was promptly resolved by the attentive staff.

The homemade cake left for us on arrival was a delightful treat, and the Christmas decorations added a festive touch. We were also pleased to find that our indoor cat was welcome and settled in quickly. the owner, Paula, was friendly and easy to communicate with. the availability of a hairdryer was a nice convenience.

The only drawback was the limited space around the double bed.

During our Christmas stay, we liked that the cottage was warm and comfortable. It was equipped with a dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen, making it convenient for us to prepare meals. the adjacent pine woodland was a nice place for walks with our dog. the hosts were friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs.

We found the television in the cottage to be quite small. the sofas were overly soft, which may not be to everyone's preference.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. A delicious homemade cake awaited us, along with tea and coffee to enjoy. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was also great, with lovely nearby locations to visit and plenty to do during our stay. the adjacent woodland was a wonderful place to take a walk with our dog, and we appreciated being able to have a cup of tea on the deck.

We did have a few disappointments during our stay. the television in the cottage was quite small, making it less enjoyable to watch our favorite shows.
